Hello again.

To anybody that may actually view my miniscule blog, I apologize for my abscence. I am still attempting to become accustomed to pressing those little buttons on my computer with the letters on them for this thing. Well anyways, here in Lancaster land, we have an event where all the true art fiends, snobs who exploit art as a social orgy, and city folk from all around come to view art from multiple galleries in the city. It is called First Friday and it hosted on, you guessed it, the FIRST FRIDAY of every month. For a clump of months now I have been privelaged to be given the oppertunity to shove my forms of visual expression in anyone's face who will look at it. I am a part of an art group called Twisted System (I don't recall if I plugged that in a past post in my attempt for shamless promotion, but in case I didn't, come see our work at www.twistedsystemgallery.com!) and we rent a space so we can show our work every month. We were very successful last month in my opinion. There was a flashflood of drooling human bodies flowing in and out of our space like a colonic, and we were all loving it. I must say I am very appreciative of the people who give us a chance and look at our art. We are trying to do something different here in plain grey with a hint of orange Lancaster, and it is hard when you're nothing but an up and coming artist with no face. Well anyways, a few pieces sold last month, and we had a bunch of people who left with smiles and seemed very interested in what we are doing. This coming month should be a very good show. I myself have some ideas that are itching to come out on some kind of weird surface, and I'm sure my associates will bring the usual awesome sauce with them. I advise everyone to at least come and give us a look, I promise there will be something that you will fall in love with. If not, I will host a public lynching of myself by the statues at King and Queen. The First Friday of December is December 7, 2007 and the festivites normally start around 5:00 PM and we stay open until we feel nobody else is around to look at our art. We are only open on First Friday which is lamer than a poetry book filled with LFO lyrics, but we do have the online gallery for everyone to view (www.twistedsystemgallery.com) which will always be available to the public. In all seriousness though, underground/independent artists should support each other in every way possible, even if that means just coming in and seeing each others art, so come give us a gander and maybe someday we'll have an army of creative art zombies that will someday conquer the art world.

I commend anybody who once again willingly got hit in the face with my word vomit, and I'll probably update again soon with some art, poetry, or Dada nonsense.

Pz,
- Colin
